A special blend of Himalayan Pink Salts and Epsom salts to help relax tired and aching muscles, soothing away the stresses and strains of the day.

• Organic Lavender Essential Oil to quieten, calm and relax, helping to promote good sleep.
• Organic Geranium Essential Oil to cheer, balance, calm and uplift. Can be of use for easing restlessness and beneficial with feelings of anxiety.
•  Organic Rose Petals soothes skin. The natural oils found in roses help retain moisture in the skin. This results in your skin feeling smooth and soft. The sugars in rose petals especially benefit those with sensitive skin.

Directions for use:

Add 8-10 scoops of bath salts to your bath and soak for 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, add the salts to your attached reusable tea bag before placing in the bath.
